Jill Morris

 

 

Jill Morris is a partner and founder of ChoiceWorks Inc. She is a corporate trainer, business coach, speaker and writer. Jill is known for her extensive work in accountability, leadership, management and self evaluation.

 

Jill creates and leads customized courses, meetings and presentations to meet the needs of her clients. She has developed programs in communication, accountability, leadership, personal responsibility, conflict and change and many other topics.  Jill’s programs are designed for maximum group involvement, where participants learn and create effective solutions together dealing with their real time issues. She creates a working environment that is driven by ownership for results.

 

Jill often combines her training programs with one on one coaching. She trains leaders to apply a system of leadership that motivates people at every level to lead themselves.  She assists companies to drive accountability for results, and establish agreement based cultures.  She has helped to clarify values and goals, develop policies and procedures, establish systems to improve work productivity, and implement performance appraisal systems based on self evaluation. 

 

Jill’s work also features an intensive three-day Mastery in Leadership Workshop that is offered several times per year in San Diego.  Like Jill’s trainings, the workshop is highly interactive and focused on the wants and needs of the individual participants. This Workshop is also customized for in-house client applications.

 

Jill has over 27 years of experience in managing, training and influencing a wide range of people in a variety of businesses and professions.  Jill has worked and traveled extensively in the Pacific Rim and has experience in multi-cultural environments.

 

Jill has a Bachelors Degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Western Australia, Magna Cum Laude.  Jill was certified in Choice Theory, Reality Therapy and Lead Management by the William Glasser Institute in 1992. Jill continues her education through workshops, seminars, literature and a disciplined approach to self-evaluation.  Jill is on the Board of Directors for the Adventures in Caring Foundation in Santa Barbara which offers compassion and support in healthcare.
