Each of our coaches has a minimum of 30 to 40 years of business experience leading and coaching people in all kinds of industries and organizations.
We apply a system of coaching called lead management that is aimed at leading people to lead themselves. We believe that only by leading people to find their own answers do they experience and apply new learning. Our model has been successfully applied with all levels within organizations, from CEOs to front line factory workers.
Our executive coaches are all certified in Choice Theory and Reality Therapy by the William Glasser Institute.
