Jill and Steve Morris are co-founders of ChoiceWorks, Inc., a twenty-five year-old consultancy focused on helping individuals and organizations achieve their full potential.

Jill Morris is a leader, consultant, corporate trainer, business coach, speaker and writer who has a degree in Social Anthropology with 35 years of experience influencing all levels of leaders and front line workers. She is a powerful communicator with mastery in leading behavior and culture change. Jill is known for generating dramatic and rapid change in performance with individuals and teams.

Steve Morris has forty years of business management experience leading in the private equity field and in a series of entrepreneurial ventures in industries such as television production, basement waterproofing, oil distribution, clothing manufacturing, industrial equipment sales, technical services, and exporting. He is a business coach and trainer who brings a unique systems and business approach to his work with people.

 

Jill and Steve have worked with individuals, small entrepreneural companies and large organizations as varied as Kaiser Permanente, Providence Health and Services, Moen Plumbing, Microsoft, Lucent Technologies and many other publicly traded and private companies. They apply a set of unique proprietary models to their work that drives high performance and helping people work more effectively together. 

    

Jill and Steve co-authored the book, Leadership Simple, Leading People to Lead Themselves.  Jill and Steve travel the country working with teams from their base in San Diego, California.
